I proudly dedicate this book to all the Indonesian migrant workers in Singapore. And to my fellow friends here and back home. A big shout out and much love to everyone who loves to cook.

Many have asked and yearned to share my food recipes. Although I’m not chef level material (haha), with much humility, friends, family and closed ones have enjoyed my dishes. I always believed in cooking with love. And what makes it even better is the people around me enjoy it.

So that’s why we’re here!

Truth is, I hope this book will be an asset for upcoming and aspiring migrant workers for all races and ages. I hope that my simple recipes will be a stepping stone for some to be even better cooks!

Who knows … one day one of you who reading this might be just as inspired as I was to create your own recipe book.
